Trilogic Systems Introduces Family of Battlefield Displays and Computers for Shipboard, Airborne and Vehicle Applications
U.S. Designed and Manufactured Units Meet Military Shock, Vibration, Temperature and EMI Specifications North Reading, MA, October 27, 2010-Trilogic Systems, a business development channel specializing in Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technology, today announced that it has added to its Battlefield Computing product line with the introduction of the MILCOTS family of rugged LCD displays and Panel PCs. Designed and manufactured in the United States, each unit meets demanding MIL-STD-810F environmental specifications. This includes shock/vibration, temperature, salt, rain, and blowing sand. The units also meet MIL-STD-461E EMI requirements. The units are suitable for shipboard, fixed wing, rotary wing, wheeled or tracked vehicle applications.
The 6000 Series Rugged
Panel PC is available in display sizes of ten, twelve, fifteen,
seventeen, nineteen and twenty inches. The units are based on the
Intel® Embedded family of long life processors and can be configured
for high bright, NVIS, and cold start. Other configurable options
include choice of graphics processor, display resolution, touch
screen, I/O, LAN and connectors. Operating system support includes
Microsoft Windows®, Linux® and Wind River
VxWorks. The front bezel is custom configurable for function keys or
mini joysticks.
The 5000 Series of Rugged
Displays are available in sizes from twelve inch to thirty inch and
resolutions from 1024x768 to 2560x1600. The displays are suitable
for shipboard, airborne, vehicular and outdoor applications with
options for sunlight readable (High Bright or Transflective),
waterproof, and touch screen.
